SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance. We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address. We only ship to the address that is provided to us. Please make sure your address is up to date! If you are unsure about this, please email us to confirm your address at email@example.com.
Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered". Each package will be provided with a tracking number when shipped from Cowgirl Casanova Boutique.
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping unless buyer upgrades their shipping label.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Returns are accepted for store credit only. We do NOT offer refunds.
Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure to use it!
Purchase of sale items are FINAL, also meaning non-returnable or exchangeable.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 14 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted.
Exchanges are possible for a return, but please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!
If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you will be able to pick something else out our store offers with your store credit.
If your product has been lost in the mail or mailed to the wrong address. If either of these occur you must contact your local post office and take the steps they provide you.
If a return is denied by store due to any blemishes, we will contact the buyer, whom of which must pay shipping to have item returned back to them. If return isn't claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity.
We also reserve the right to refuse any orders at any time!

We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after received. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it.
